4.6 - OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT (“MOONLIGHTING”)

All employees must accept, as a condition of their employment, that the functions of their employment with the Cemetery will take precedence over any outside employment. No outside employment shall involve any conflict of interest or interference with the employee’s duties.
