2.3 OVERTIME PAY

Employees of Riverside Cemetery District do not normally work overtime hours, however, if an exempt employee works in excess of 40 hours per week, he may either be paid at time and one-half of excess hours worked, or may receive compensatory time at time and one-half of excess hours worked.
