1.5 SAFETY
Safety depends on each employee. If any employee sees what appears to be a health or safety hazard or an accident, he or she shall report it immediately to the Sexton or Assistant Sexton. Each employee is expected to do his part in keeping the Cemetery property in safe conditions.
In the case of accidents that result in injury, regardless of how insignificant the injury may appear, employees shall immediately notify the Sexton or Assistant Sexton. Such reports are necessary to comply with laws and initiate insurance and Workers’ Compensation benefits procedures.
